The Website offers online shopping service, a 24h. service, simple, direct and with all the advantages of having a wide range of products updated and available from anywhere through an Internet connection.

1. General

All prices are in Euros and in accordance with current regulations, all purchases made through the Website will be subject to Value Added Tax (VAT), and this amount is included in the price.

Orders destined for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, are exempt from VAT by application of the provisions of Article 146 of Directive 2006/112, without prejudice to the application of the corresponding taxes and tariffs in accordance with the regulations valid in each of them.

The Holder reserves the right to modify their prices at any time, but the products will be billed on the basis of the rates in force at the time of purchase or unless manifest typographical error.

The Holder reserves the right to refuse an order from any User with whom he has a dispute or if there have been problems in the payment of previous purchases.

2. Obligations of the Users

Any User who makes a purchase through this Website is declared of age and, where appropriate, with full capacity to use payment methods and that they have sufficient funds to cover all costs resulting from the purchase of products, the User also declares to accept fully and without reservation all the conditions of this Legal Notice.

Before placing any order, it is the obligation of the User to register previously on the Website. The User may establish one or more requests to purchase products or services offered through the Website.

When placing an order, the User accepts the specifications and characteristics of the product offered, for this purpose the Holder indicates that the products shown in the photographs of this Website differ slightly from the final product in terms of sizes, color, components, etc. by manufacturer's availability.

The Holder assures in any case that these slight differences will not imply a worse quality of the products.

3. Shipping conditions

All orders made by payment by credit card, Paypal or Bank transfer are sent by express courier company MRW (Spain) or Correos (Spanish Mail) for Europe and Canary Islands within 48 hours (Spanish Peninsula).

If the destination were not in the peninsular area of the Spanish territory or international, they will be sent by Correos within 72 hours.

We cannot guarantee these delivery times, the courier company being responsible.

There is no minimum order required.

During weekends and holidays products are not handled nor are orders delivered.

Shipping costs will vary depending on the courier company and the area to be sent:

The additional transport costs caused by the declaration of an incorrect or incomplete address are the sole responsibility of the User.

The most economical option for orders will always be to pick them up in the warehouse.

If the User wishes to receive the products at home, it will be an option chosen freely and that will therefore entail an additional cost in the purchase of the products.

4. Payment methods and Security

For the convenience of the User, we provide different ways to make the payment:

1) Credit card.

- This form of payment is immediate, totally secure and verified by the secure Redsys servers in the payment gateway.

In no case will the credit card details be disclosed.

- The accepted cards are: Visa, 4B, American Express, Maestro and Master Card

- Only secured credit cards will be accepted to avoid any possible risk or fraud. The secured cards are associated with security keys that must be entered directly in the payment gateway of the bank, where the user is momentarily transferred during payment.

If a secured card for online payments is not available, the bank must provide the necessary information and keys.

5. Guarantees

The guarantee of the products will be that of the manufacturers, according to the current legislation of each product, indicated in every particular case in the product description.

The User may contact the Holder for processing any questions about guarantees or needs to complain about any product purchased on this Website.

5.1 Guarantee of breakage and other incidents

Shipments are insured in case of breakage, deterioration, loss, etc.

Once the product is received, the User must check it immediately to verify that it is complete, there are no missing items and that there is nothing broken, since it has 24 hours from its reception to claim any type of incident.

There are no exceptions due to insurance requirements.

In the event that there is an incident, the User must send an email to in which the following information must appear: order number, problem comment and photographs of the item or piece broken or damaged. The photographs will be essential to verify the veracity of the incident. Telephone communication will not be valid.

Once the incident has been verified and accepted, the User will be contacted and instructed about the resolution of said incident.

In these cases the User will not be responsible for the expenses derived from the resolution of the incident, once it is accepted as such.

6. Right to withdrawal

In compliance with Law 3/2014, of March 27, which modifies the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, we hereby inform the User about the right of withdrawal.

6.1 When the User is a consumer and the contract is concluded without the simultaneous physical presence of the User and the Owner (distance selling), the User shall enjoy the right of withdrawal described in this section, with the exceptions provided in Article 103.

6.2 Information to the consumer and user about the right of withdrawal.

a) The User has the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without justification.

b) The withdrawal period will expire after 14 calendar days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

c) To exercise the right of withdrawal, the User must notify us of his decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement (for example: a letter sent by postal mail or email)

d) To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that the communication announcing the use of this right will be sent before the corresponding term expires.

e) In the case of withdrawal by the User, the Holder will proceed to return all payments received without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed the decision to withdraw from this contract. Shipping costs will not be included if there is another cheaper option offered, as is the case, to personally collect the order by the User, he freely decides that he chooses the most expensive option, such as shipping.

f) This refund will be made using the same payment method used by the User.

6.4 According to Law 3/2014, of March 27, which modifies the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, in his art. 103, the right of withdrawal will not apply to contracts that refer to (among others):

c) The supply of goods made according to the specifications of the consumer and user or clearly customized.

e) The supply of sealed goods that are not apt to be returned for reasons of health or hygiene protection and that have been unsealed after delivery.

In relation to this section, with every purchase of the User, he gives his prior express consent, with the knowledge and acceptance on his part of the exceptions contained herein, and consequently in those cases, he loses his right of withdrawal.

7. Returns

An order will be considered delivered when the delivery receipt is signed by the User.

The User will have a period of 14 calendar days to make any return.

In order to return the product, it must be in its original packaging and retain its labels, as well as present the same conditions as when it was sent.

The return shipping costs will be borne by the User unless there has been any error in the sending by the Holder and the return will be made in exchange for another product of the User's choosing, if there is none at that time the economic value of the purchase will be stored in a balance in favor of the User for an indefinite period, to be able to use it in any other purchase.

8. Availability

The Holder undertakes not to make available to Users an item that is not in stock except for computer error or any other imponderable situation. In the event that this unfortunate incident could occur, the Holder undertakes to inform the User and reach a satisfactory agreement with him.
